Whole school anniversary weaving May 2025
To celebrate their 200th anniversary all children in St Saviour’s NS worked together on this magnificent rainbow. It formed a beautiful backdrop for the anniversary celebration and will find a nice permanent spot in the school as a reminder of the festivities.
Creative Clusters; collaborative weaving March 2025
I had the honour of working with St Coen’s, St Pat’s and Glebe NS on an amazing collaborative weaving project as part of Creative Clusters. Each school created one large piece and together they form the four seasons. We also made smaller, individual pieces with some older classes.
Made In Wicklow Cinematic Thread exhibition February 25
For this second Made in Wicklow exhibition I got to create a special piece inspired by Jonathan Rhys Meyers’ Henry VIII costume from The Tudors.
Made in Wicklow Showcase February 25
For this piece I looked for the edge of my comfort zone on size, technique ánd colour. It measures 70cm in diameter and was part of the Made in Wicklow Showcase in Powerscourt House.
