Processing time
All our products are handmade. We have a limited number of products in stock and make all products to order after they are placed with us. As the chunky wool takes up a lot of space and we only have limited storage available, we do not always have the necessary amount of wool in stock to finalise your product straightaway. Therefore, we use the following processing times:
•    All products made to order: up to 2 weeks
•    All products in stock: 2-3 working days

Urgent orders
It happens to us all – you may have placed an order later than planned or you may not have noticed our processing times in time. Please send us a message if you require anything by a certain date and we will do our best to find an appropriate solution.

VAT
All our product prices are inclusive of 23% VAT.

Vouchers
There is an option to buy a voucher in our shop. If doing so, you will receive a voucher including a unique number and an explanation of how the voucher can be used.

Packaging
We pack and ship all orders in recycled carton boxes and we use envelopes for the smaller items. 
To minimise our carbon footprint, we reuse boxes whenever we can and we hope our customers will do the same with our packaging.

Shipping
We ship all our products by Standard Post via An Post.
Once we have shipped your order, we will send you tracking information, so you can track and trace your order on its way to you.

Should you require a different shipping method, please contact us and we can arrange this for you.
Additional shipping costs on top of the Standard Post via An Post cost will be payable by you.
The above timeframes are a guideline; we may be able to ship your products sooner than the above.

Shipping cost
Shipping to addresses in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland is €3.95.
Northern Ireland customers: please use Ireland as the country and provide the other address details as normal.

We ship worldwide. If your country is not listed, please send us an email and we will provide a custom quote based on the delivery address.

Unfortunately we are currently not shipping to the United Kingdom (apart from Northern Ireland, as per above).
